Hello,
I need to identify the building in the attached image. I’ve tried Google reverse search to no avail. Would be grateful for advice.

A friend who is far less computer-savvy than I am has asked me to identify it. It’s the only picture he has.
Did your friend take it?
no, it’s some sort of competition, it was given to them so the source is unknown.
and they are are getting you to do their work? If you're not busy... I have a metric tonne of work that needs to be done.
