immigration hurdles aside, you don’t technically need a master to work in the field in Canada. What you need, if you want to get licensed, is an accredited M.arch (plus about 3 to 5 years of Canadian experience). What you’ll need to focus on are the cities where you would like to work/study/study because the country is big and architecture schools differ greatly.
You should start by looking at the big ones that offer 3y March degrees such as UofT and UBC.
