I'm a developer looking to create a new concept so want to work with some very experienced people with lots of great ideas. Problem is the best of these firms are expensive!
My question is - is it common/advisable to use one (larger more experienced) firm for earlier stages e.g. 1-3 and use another (smaller and cheaper, but still great one) for technicals and construction?
Within this project I expect the initial concept design and planning will be the more challenging part, but actual construction relatively simple (small block of flats using MMC).
