I am new to Archinect and I am looking for a little guidance. I am looking for information on anchoring a new cmu block wall to an existing 4" slab on stem wall. Also, how to secure the new block wall to the existing block wall of e home. I am aware of the need to drill a hole into the slab at a minimum of 6" and fill with appoxy, the using#5 rebar. I am not sure how many courses the rebar is required to go vertical and if the rebar is required to be appoxied into the 16"lintel above.
I am not looking for answers but guidance on where to find this information. I am in central Florida.
Thank you
