I really wondering how do people draw these type of drawings for their architecture project! I really dont think it is drawing by lines one at a time!

No need to make three identical threads about this, when is your deadline ;)
It is not about the software, you can use whatever you want, even trace paper over a photograph and scan it and "live trace" it in illustrator to control lineweights. But this can easily be done in cad, rhino or illustrator too, whatever, by simply drawing lines on top of a photograph. Do you have a drawing tablet?
