I am currently working on a project of residential flat building where the maximum height is 21 m.
For the Side setback the DPC says that they should be 3m plus ¼ the amount that the wall height exceeds 3m.
Can someone be so kind to explain to me what that means?

Maybe they laughed since it’s a pretty easy word problem?
