but definitely anytime changes occur especially critical changes

weekly... and coordination sets exchanged by end of day thursday so that any action required can be worked on first thing monday.

as less times as possible, this simply just to avoid the possibility of confusion amongst other engineers. It is burdensome for an engineer to keep track of this- also remember they also have other projects to work on.

Having started to do it for real in the past year, cloud-based linked models have been much less of a headache. Really kills the “You never sent us updates” excuse.
