I'm trying to find the name of an architecture style widely used in Sintra, Portugal. I've reached two architects who told me that from the photos I've shown those are chalets, but they didn't know if there is a more specific name.
From what I've could find the most similar architecture style is gothic revival, but still it is somehow different.
Does anyone know if there is a more specific name for this kind of architecture style and if there are other cities with this kind of building?
Thank you in advance.

Sintra is an awesome place, but the "style" of the buildings are all kinda one-off from Pena Palace. it's more or less balls-to-the-wall romanticism with a healthy mix of everything else.

Thank you for the reply. I thought there would
be more examples of this style across Europe.
