Turn it over and look for a maker or manufacturer marking. I think its a Scandinavian mid-century designer. It looks vaguely familiar.

DC is correct. It is an Ingmar Relling design made by the Westnofa company (Norway)in the 1960s. Usually they were made with a bentwood frame. The steel frame pictured is somewhat rare. There are several variations of the design.
