Can I work as architect 1 in U.S if I have a bachelor degree in architecture outside U.S that is equivalent to 5 years ? or I have to get U.S degree in order for me to be employed.

You can't work as an "architect" if you're not licensed. You can still work in an architecture office regardless of your degree if they want to hire you.
