It's obviously very ugly and border the brick as you can see. Any suggestions of what I could do besides just paint it white?

need some more info, is it concrete? is it exterior? exposed to the elements? tropical or temperate climate?

There are several and most are exposed to the elements, the one I showed is under a second floor so it's pretty free from rain. It's Texas weather. I'm assuming it's concrete.

Add a couple of circular medallions on the right. On the other side, paint the door to look like a remote. Top off with a chevron at the transom and you're done!

Is this a leased space? You can't paint it white. My best thought is to obscure it. Potted plants. The transom over the door is a good thought too.
