Anyone know what construction costs are for industrial to residential condo conversion these days in Los Angeles? I am working on a 4 story, 30,000 sf building which is currently a self storage building and will be converted into 1st level retail and upper floors condos.
Any thoughts and leads to architects/ contractors appreciated!

so far getting numbers around $200/ sf. Does that seem right?
existing building built in early 1900's, massive concrete building. was industrial storage building and now self storage. needs electrical, HVAC, plumbing in addition to residential buildout (bath, kitchen)
