In the UK under the JCT Quantity Surveyors working for the main contractor receive at the end of each month the subcontractors valuations that have to be checked and send the payment notification. In other countries like Spain Subcontractors send directly the invoice that will be checked by the QS. Is that like that always in the UK? How is it in other countries ?. Thanks
