Hi, Can anyone guide me about how to calculate the quantity of municipal solid waste in mass (kg) and volume (liters or cubic meters) in a building based on the building's area and/or occupancy? Is there any related international code or standard? Thanks.

Depends on the occupancy.
Some, such as government tenants, are extra full of shit hence the need for more robust waste management systems.

You hire a civil engineer for this. They are poop and dirt Experts. They will tell you WAY more than you want to know about these topics.
