I would like to know what does graduate architect position mean? and what type of job and scope do they do? Thank you in advance for those who will answer asap :)

fresh out of undergrad school... normally with little office experience. At least that's how we categorize them in my office.

Where is this? There isn't a jurisdiction in the US that would green-light that title, is there?

From my experience in small & medium sized firms. Said person would be a "Designer" working on mostly 3D renderings & picking up redlines. Then after about a year when he/she starts to become the main person on a small project. They would call themselves a "Project Manager". "Project Manager" is used very loosely in the field.

Graduate = entry level position for those fresh out of "university."
Typically the title comes from UK based firms, even if they have US offices.
