i.e. time for approvals, what to expect
I know the C of O will have to be amended and I know this is an Alteration Type 1. Can anyone elaborate further?

depends on a lot....this is a sign i need to be pricing myself out of work now......the gods of architecture have spoken.
With more details on the project scope I could probably give you some info on what's involved. Are you working with an expediter or filing yourself?
