I literally have no knowledge about how this works, so I apologize in advance. Anyway, I am aware that it is possible to apply M.S. credits towards a PhD; however, I wonder if this is possible with an M.Arch ii.

Possible in theory, yes, for probably a few units at most. The arrangement would certainly vary from program to program, so trying to generalize is sort of pointless. Search PhD program descriptions online, and you can probably get a good idea that way.
