Extensive master plan review of an early 1900s 36-unit mixed use building. Professional responsibilities included on-site surveying and drafting of several drawing sets spanning multiple different phases of the master plan project: Local Law 11 report, exterior masonry and building-wide envelope restoration, interior structural/plumbing repair, and window replacement.
