This project attempts to create a new typology of indoor urban farm by fusing the farm with science  laboratory and art gallery.  This experiential space allows the public, building residents and workers to approach agriculture in a holistic setting where diverse environments blend together.  The tower is home to different macro-environments, from dry deserts to topical rainforests as well as an in depth look at NYC’s local climate.  The tower then becomes a microcosm for the diversity of earth’s climate zones.
