MEIS Design Studio, Venice, CA, US, Marketing Manager

Working directly with world-renowned stadium & arena architect Dan Meis, FAIA, and our Director of Business Development, I established the firm’s first-ever marketing network, organizing and cataloging all project imagery and associated assets in a manner that is efficient and comprehensive. In addition to my complete re-design and update of all marketing materials, I helped to re-define the brand identity with my refresh of the firm’s website, allowing for more efficient navigation and functionality. While creating and managing the firm’s social media presence, I was also responsible for researching and producing content for Twitter and Instagram. By leading the charge to explore non-sports projects with business development initiatives, I identified key procurement opportunities and expanded our outreach. Projects include proposals (strategy, formatting & writing), market research, presentations, awards submittals, press correspondence, appropriating renderings for marketing usage, photography coordination, and business development support, such as writing contracts and computing fee proposals.

Marmol Radziner, Los Angeles, CA, US, Marketing Coordinator / Graphic Designer

Working closely with the Design Principal, Creative Director and Marketing Manager, I developed and strengthened the Marmol Radziner brand identities (Architecture, Prefab, Furniture, Shops, and Jewelry). Under tight deadlines, I designed and prepared all proposals and presentations, produced all print and web collateral, and was instrumental in coordinating and archiving projects with respect to photo shoots, image editing, and cataloging. I coordinated deliverables with web and print media organizations and managed all social media interaction to maintain a consistent and alluring brand identity. While overseeing the launch of their jewelry line, I designed the identity and UX of the website as well as product packaging, line sheets, look-books, and all product photography. For several trade shows and sponsored events, I also designed displays and booths.
