- Novato Residence - Designed and drafted permit plans for a residential remodel in Marin County, CA.
- Nido Living - Consulted on space planning, branding deliverables, and facade design for a boutique San Francisco furniture retailer.
• Coordinated material sourcing, purchasing, shop/ design drawings, sample reviews, and sign-off processing with consultants, contractors, and owners, effectively managing project requirements in a timely manner.

• Directly responsible for the design concept and detailing for several urban high-rise development projects including the zoning study, occupancy planning, layout/ core/ and facade design, building survey, structural & MEP coordination, and interior architectural design.

• Projects include the following:
- Peter Cooper Village - Redesigned the 2nd Avenue entrance pavilion to NYC‘s largest housing development with 56 residential buildings. Budget estimated at $7 million.
- W. 55th St Hotel - Designed 126 guest-rooms, lobby, and lounge for a 15-story NYC boutique hotel.
- Hahne Development- Designed layouts for 146 units for a Newark, NJ full-block rehabilitation project
- 845 West End Ave - Designed layouts and created proposal for historic NYC residential renovation.
• Created accurate CAD drawings and 3D models to document existing conditions for several urban high-rise buildings and effectively communicating building conditions to project consultants.

- Hamilton Square - Designed 205 apartment units, common areas, and retail spaces for the 225 unit, 400,000 sq. ft. mixed-use development in Jersey City, NJ by developer Silverman.
- 111 Fulton Street - Designed 163 modern concept condominium residences and over 18,000 sq. ft of amenities spaces in this full-service lower Manhattan development.
- Ludlow St. Hotel - Designed 166 guestrooms, lobby, lounge, and hospitality suite for this 17 story $20M Lower East Side new construction project.
