The Granito Drive lot was referred to as “un-buildable” due to it’s steep slope and irregular geometry.  Unafraid of a challenge, we were able to design a roughly 2,500 square foot home on the lot, containing an enclosed 2-car garage, three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms as well as a large outdoor living area containing a pool and spa.
