This six-unit condominium project was designed to take advantage of building and zoning code exceptions to deliver a cost effective product for the developers. The units are designed as townhomes, increasing their value while eliminating the need for an elevator. The Open Space requirement was met by using private roof decks, accessed within each unit, increasing the value of the unit. Parking is provided at grade, without the need for any subterranean structures, simplifying the construction and saving the client money.
