An extensive remodel to a decades old shop building fronting busy PCH was enhanced with new accessibility features, lighting, storefront, paving, replacing wall finishes, a new corner tower element and sign board. New tenants include a bank, positioned as the corner user and the remaining space is leased by a nationally recognized hardware retailer.
