Document creation using Microsoft Office and Google Apps. Data entry using Microsoft Excel. Maintenance of files, forms, and a large volume of confidential office information. Confidential filing. Maintenance of proper paper supplies in office machines.
Filing, both electronic and physical (e.g., contracts, applications). Maintenance of OAA’s various physical and electronic systems. Use of Google Apps to update and maintain departmental information. Other duties and special projects as assigned. Ability to maintain highest levels of confidentiality and discretion. Understanding of, and willingness to learn, University and OAA policies and procedures. Ability to understand and follow verbal and nonverbal instructions. Knowledge of the following computer information systems and softwares: Microsoft Office Suite; MAC OSX. Ability to establish and maintain positive, professional working relationships with co-workers and the public. Superb organizational skills. Quick, independent learner, with willingness to ask for help when needed. Willingness to maintain University systems, while pro-actively keep everything organized.
