This townhouse was in the perfect location for our clients but needed some love.  We worked to do a selective renovation of each floor to add an office, an inlaw suite, add bathrooms, and give it new life! The major challenges here were how to combine a new contemporary aesthetic with the existing historical details.  This forced us to be surgical in the way we approached the redesign.
