Boulevard Jockey Plaza (2010)

Buildings conceived to complement the offer existing in the shopping mall. A villa was created to activate the urban use patterns and the squares become the new axis of the entire complex. This function is reinforced with an architectural element in the form of a tower whose illumination changes synchronically with the floor.

The proposal, as a new heart, is connected with arteries that pump flows towards the different sections of the original installation, thus feeding back all the system.

The treatment of the buildings is the frame that highlights the diversity and the independence of the designs proposed by the stores.

This project creates a dystopia from the collision of recognizable spaces with new proposals, which represents an innovative solution. The light, the water, the textures of the different materials and the codes used convert the visit to this place in an unforgettable experience.
