dencityworks was established to build an innovative, collaborative and curious architecture practice.  We are focused on providing world-class design solutions to tomorrow’s urban environment through collaborations with like-minded partners and clients, aiming to exceed market expectations through transformative project opportunities.  

An actively growing firm, with several exciting new projects on the boards, we are currently looking for a Project Designer with both design and production skills to support our goals of positive design and community impact through various mixed-use, commercial and multi-family projects.  

At dencityworks, we are a firm believer that everyone is a performer, and we give team members a compelling reason to succeed.  Headquartered in a light filled loft space on iconic Washington Street in DUMBO, Brooklyn, we are set up for both growth and collaboration.   This is a full-time position. Salary $75,000 - $90,000 commensurate with experience and skill level.

 EXPERIENCE 

  • 3-5 years of professional architectural experience, familiarity with multi-family projects in NYC is an asset
  • Authorization to work in the US and English fluency

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's or equivalent degree
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills with experience in code analysis, drawings, building code and design research
  • Revit proficiency required
  • Proficiency with SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Enscape, Lumion & InDesign a plus
  • Self-motivated, energetic and organized with excellent graphic, written and communication skills
