Professional licensure is not a requirement but is preferred. Non-licensed applicants must be on track to completing ARE exams to become a licensed architect.
The practice was established in the spring of 2004 as Jahnke Architecture, LLC. Twenty years later, we’ve rebranded as Hartford Architecture Partners, inc. (HAPi.).
Our new studio is in downtown Hartford, CT.
Qualified candidates must have solid design skills and background.
We work collaboratively with our project teams and our clients on all projects.
We seek a professional who can work through an entire project - producing all phases in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Lumion, etc, and then see it through construction.
Construction/construction-site experience, problem solving, and strong communication skills are required.
Experience in design and detailing with dimensional lumber is a bonus, as a large percentage of our projects are wood-framed (residential) buildings.
The more competency you demonstrate, the more responsibility you will be afforded.
