UAI is seeking a full-time junior architect to join our staff. The ideal candidate is eager to contribute in a meaningful way to the firm's large-scale projects and in turn grow their architectural career. Responsibilities vary from day to day and may include the following tasks:
Drafting for new construction and rehabilitation jobs, assisting with design and feasibility studies, existing conditions documentation, CDs, field visits, specifications, construction monitoring
Must be authorized to work in the United States. This position requires work primarily in office. UAI’s office is located in the Woolworth Building (Broadway & Park Place in downtown Manhattan), easily accessible by public transit. In office work 3 days/week, remote work allowed 2 days/ week.

Salary range: $55,000 - $62,000
