The Turett Collaborative (TTC) seeks a motivated, eager, and proactive architect or architectural professional for a position as a Project Manager in our firm. The ideal candidate is organized, with strong leadership and project management skills, technically proficient in Revit modeling and assembling of drawing sets, knowledgeable of construction codes and standards, and an excellent communicator. Once hired, you will participate in all phases of projects, from schematic design through construction documents and construction administration for new construction and renovations in the high-end residential sector.
This role will work on a wide variety of project types; our firm is a collaborative environment so you should be comfortable working both independently and in a team. Responsibilities (determined by experience level)
comprehensive architectural project management for small- to medium-sized projects
code research and compliance documentation
schematic design through construction administration and project completion
drafting and detailing for projects of various sizes, primarily in NYC
construction administration, including site meetings, submittal reviews, and RFI responses
project management, including client interaction and contractor communications
coordination of engineering and other consultants
administering junior staff, if appropriate: red-lining mark-ups and leading small project teams
Requirements
7+ years of professional experience (experience must be in the US, New York tri-state area preferred)
professional degree in Architecture or a related field (min. level Bachelors)
professional licensure is encouraged
prior project management experience
experience with construction documents and details
construction administration experience
proficiency with Autodesk Revit, as well as rendering development through Enscape
familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite software, particularly Photoshop & InDesign
experience with Bluebeam Revu for PDF mark-up and collaborative review sessions
Employment Details
this is a full-time position, with a hybrid remote/in-person environment at our TriBeCa studio
Salary Range: $85k - $100k annually
