The Role:
As a Designer / Revit Technician at RYA, you will both actively contribute to all phases of projects from conception through owner move in. In addition you will drive the firm's development of Revit standards and protocols. The projects you contribute to will establish revit templates and workflows for the office to use in the future.

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates should have:
2-4+ years of post-graduate professional experience, preferably with recent involvement in small to medium-sized firms specializing in private residential projects.
Professional degree in Architecture from a US-accredited school.
Mastery of Revit having used it in professional settings to deliver projects while also acting as a BIM / Revit leader in the office
Proficiency in Autocad, Rhino or SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Suite and Google Workspace. Asana, Smartsheets and Monograph are a plus.
Applicants must currently reside in the New York City metro area and have US work visa and fluent English.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
