We are a fast-paced, innovative Design + Build firm located in Brooklyn, NY, dedicated to creating exceptional spaces that merge design, engineering, and construction. Our projects span the tri-state area and focus on delivering cutting-edge, high-quality results for our clients.

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to spearhead the development of restaurants across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut for a rapidly expanding brand. • Team Leadership: Collaborate closely with architects, MEP engineers, and the design team to turn ideas into actionable plans.
  • On-Site Oversight: Drive to individual sites as needed to oversee progress, address challenges, and ensure project quality.
  • Permit Management: Oversee the permitting process across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut to ensure compliance and timely approvals.
  • Project Execution: Manage every aspect of the project from initial planning to final completion, ensuring no detail is overlooked and all deliverables are met.

Preferred Qualifications
