The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to spearhead the development of restaurants across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut for a rapidly expanding brand. In this role, you’ll take charge of the entire project lifecycle, ensuring smooth coordination among multiple stakeholders and flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities
Client and Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison among the client, consultants, design team, and construction teams. Ensure clarity, alignment, and consistent progress across all project stages.
Team Leadership: Collaborate closely with architects, MEP engineers, and the design team to turn ideas into actionable plans.
On-Site Oversight: Drive to individual sites as needed to oversee progress, address challenges, and ensure project quality.
Permit Management: Oversee the permitting process across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut to ensure compliance and timely approvals.
Project Execution: Manage every aspect of the project from initial planning to final completion, ensuring no detail is overlooked and all deliverables are met.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience:
5+ years of experience in Project Management, specifically in design and construction.
A proven history of managing Food Service Establishments (restaurants, bars, or commercial kitchens).
Experience working directly with a design team.
Skills:
Strong proficiency in Bluebeam.
Familiarity with Revit (preferred but not required).
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to keep all parties aligned and informed.
Exceptional dedication to ensuring every project is completed correctly, down to the final details.
Mobility: Ability to travel to sites as needed (personal vehicle preferred).
