BSPK Design, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Architect to join our high-end, boutique residential design studio in the Arts District, Downtown Los Angeles.

 Since our founding in 2018, we have collaborated with visionary clients to craft deeply personal, timeless spaces that go beyond aesthetics. Guided by bespoke creativity and holistic craftsmanship, our designs reflect a unified, enduring beauty that will be cherished for years.

 Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in residential design
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program or the equivalent in experience
• Proficiency in BIM (Revit) with the ability to produce construction documentation
• Basic proficiency in Rhino, 3D Studio Max, or Enscape (preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with California Residential Building Codes
• Experience with creating permit sets and coordinating with consultants
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
• Open to learning and asking questions to grow professionally
