Senior Architect

We are seeking a talented individual to join our New York City studio as a full-time Senior Architect.

Core Responsibilities

• Works with Creative Director and Project Manager to lead the architectural design development and production of deliverables through to construction completion.
• Ensures compliance with project schedules, building codes & best practices, quality of deliverables, and client expectations.
• Conducts internal research and coordinates the integration of work by other consultants.
• Completes assignments with originality and ingenuity; anticipates job expectations and contributes to project and design solutions.
• Shares knowledge and aids in the professional development of less-experienced staff.

Qualifications / Experience

• 10+ years of work experience on small to large scale projects; compensation will be considered relative to prior architectural experience.
• Strong design and representation skills, and desire to deliver excellent architectural production throughout all project phases.
• In-depth working knowledge of Revit, as well as graphic and rendering software.
• Broad knowledge of building materials, specifications, codes, details, and construction methods.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture required.
• Proficiency in French is a plus.
