We are seeking an Architectural Visualization Designer with a passion for both interior design and architecture to support CTK’s design teams by producing high-quality, photorealistic renderings, 3D models, and detailed visual content for project presentations. This role offers an opportunity to contribute creatively to project storytelling, working closely with designers in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop photorealistic renderings for use in client presentations and project proposals.
• Collaborate with Architectural and Interiors Teams to refine and develop design. 
• Maintain high standards of aesthetic and technical quality across all visual content.

Requirements: 

• Passion for interior design and architecture: A strong appreciation for both is essential. 

• 3-5 years of experience in architectural visualization, ideally with an architecture or design firm.

• Software skills: Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office - must be proficient.

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

• Candidates should have a keen eye and appreciation for both traditional and modern architecture.

• A portfolio showcasing advanced visualization skills.

• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and teamwork.
