We are looking for a skilled BIM Program Manager with proven experience in reality capture and a strong background in project management, specifically focusing on owner-operator workflows.
Position Overview:
In this role, you will oversee the implementation and management of Digital Twin / digital transformation programs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage cross-functional teams, ensure project delivery, and drive innovation across projects. You will play a critical role in improving project outcomes, operational efficiency, and the overall digital strategy. This position requires broad industry knowledge and requires open-thinking for multi-platform and/or software agnostic results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage BIM programs across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements.
Implement and oversee reality capture technologies and teams, including laser scanning, photogrammetry, and drone-based data acquisition to create accurate digital representations.
Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure design technology processes are integrated seamlessly into the project lifecycle.
Develop and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and best practices tailored to owner-operator needs, ensuring quality and consistency across projects.
Collaborate with project management teams to define project deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
Train, mentor, and support team members in associated technologies, processes, and project management methodologies.
Explore paths of optimization of models for facility management, asset tracking, and operational planning.
Conduct regular project reviews, risk assessments, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in associated design tech / BIM management, with a focus on reality capture and owner-operator workflows.
Proven experience managing teams and projects, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
Expertise / expert knowledge in reality capture technologies such as laser scanning, photogrammetry, and point cloud processing.
Proficiency in the Autodesk software suite, Revit as a must. Additional model authoring software experience and interoperability experience a big bonus. Leica and NavVis software and hardware tools. Basic project management tool suites.
Familiarity with common data environments, collaboration platforms and digital twin / live feedback environments highly valued.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Experience in digital transformation initiatives or implementing new technology solutions is a plus.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
