Dear Prospective Senior Project Manager,
ROCK is 15 plus strong progressive architectural firm specializing in FISP & Façade Exterior Investigations/Repairs and Rehabilitation of existing buildings in compliance of NYC DOB Façade Units FISP & Façades rules and regulations.
Additionally, we conduct repairs and forensic investigations of vaults, roofs, leaks, and sidewalks to name few.
We offer a dynamic and progressive work environment with exciting and diverse projects' selection.
We are looking for Senior Project Managers who are self-starters, fully knowledgeable with FISP and Façade restoration from start to finish, accountable and responsible with the ability to handle multiple of ongoing projects with little hand holding. Knowledge of restoration and repairs material and products is required. Registered Architects and Professional Engineers a plus.
