RM Creative is seeking a Project Designer or Project Architect with 5-10 years of experience in all aspects of project design, documentation, and delivery.

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture from an accredited program required
Architecture license not required for Project Designer
Architecture license required for Project Architect
Proficiency with Revit and Microsoft Office
Competency with Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite
Key Competencies:
Strong design orientation, verbal and written communication, interpersonal, collaborative, and organizational skills, including the ability to listen carefully and document conversations
Ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects
Creative problem-solving skills
Experience in designing and producing complete sets of construction documents for projects of varied size and complexity
Proficiency with architectural design and a clear understanding of interior and exterior detailing and contract document production
Competent knowledge, understanding, and application of building codes and guidelines and typical Client Facility Standards
Key Responsibilities:
Under limited direction, lead a multi-disciplinary team including design, selection, coordination, architectural and interior detailing, and development of the technical specifications
Prepare preliminary concept or design sketches
Perform analysis and review of applicable building codes, guidelines, and typical Client Facility Standards
Independently prepare plans, elevations, schedules, wall sections, and details and develop design documents within all project phases
Communicate with other design disciplines to ensure coordination of engineering systems, equipment, and project documents
Prepare meeting documentation and actively participate in project team meetings. Prepare post-meeting documentation
Lead project site documentation including physical walk-throughs during design
Perform contract administration tasks including construction site meetings and punch lists
