As a Visualization Designer, you will play a key role in supporting our design teams by creating high-quality digital imagery, including photorealistic CGI renderings, rendered plans, elevations, and/or axonometric drawings for design presentations. You will collaborate closely with our designers to develop detailed 3D geometry models and contribute to the visual representation of our design concepts. 

This role provides the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, where your creativity and technical expertise will enhance the presentation of our projects. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Produce photorealistic renderings for design presentations 

• Create rendered or graphically illustrated plans, elevations, and/or axonometric drawings for design presentations 

• Collaborate with design teams to develop and refine 3D geometry models 

• Leverage advanced rendering tools (VRay, Corona, D5 Render, Lumion, Twinmotion, Unreal) and modeling software (Rhino, Revit) to create compelling visual content 

• Utilize AI tools for design visualization and image generation, while researching and testing new AI technologies to discover innovative workflows for image creation 

• Contribute to the overall aesthetic and technical quality of the visual presentations 

Qualifications 

• 3-5 years experience working with architecture or interior design teams 

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field 

• Proven experience with advanced rendering and modeling tools (VRay, Corona, D5 Render, Lumion, Twinmotion, Rhino, Revit) 

• Experience or interest in utilizing AI tools for design and visualization workflows 

• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment 

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate design concepts into visual formats 

This is a full-time position based in our New York office. Salary depends on years of experience and will range from $70,000 to $90,000.
