Experience and skill level may range from an entry level designer (2-4 years) to intermediate level Architect (5-8 years’ experience) to participate in all phases of design through construction on several residential and commercial projects. 

Responsibilities:

• Design, coordination, and client meetings
• Working closely and clearly communicating with the team. BA team members have a great deal of autonomy in their work but will need to stay closely connected to the team.
• Contributing to a creative and friendly office environment.

Minimum Qualifications Needed:

• A professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution 
• Self-starter and capable of multi-tasking 
• A penchant for follow-through 
• Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities    
• Ability to work with a variety of personalities 
• Strong proficiency in complex computer modeling in a variety of programs 
• Strong rendering and presentation skills 
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is a must
• Experience coordinating engineering disciplines and consultants 

 Additional Qualifications for 5–8-year Candidates:

• Ability to generate technical details of conventional and unconventional assemblies
• Ability to generate technical details of conventional and unconventional assemblies 
• Experience obtaining agency approvals 
• Experience communicating with contractors
• Experience leading the Contract Administration phase 
• Permitting, answering RFIs, site visits, full-scale mockups, etc.
