Employer:We are a high-end architecture firm focusing on residential and multi-family design with some mixed use and commercial too. We are looking for a dynamic project architect who loves the technical side of architecture, has a good eye for design, and enjoys bringing projects to life.
The ideal candidate is someone who is friendly and excels at organization and communication with 2-5 years of experience, an excellent residential design eye, and the technical skill to take a project from concept to complete construction documents with proficiency. Construction knowledge, Autocad proficiency, and experience completing complex projects is required. Sketchup knowledge is a plus, as is Revit. Local travel is required for visiting job sites for measuring existing conditions and site visits (which will primarily be in Fairfield County, CT and some in Westchester County, NY). This position also requires time in our office and is not a remote position. This is non-negotiable and candidates who are not within convenient travel distance will not be considered. We do, though, offer some flexibility in working from home on certain days and try to create a nice, friendly work environment. We also offer paid vacation, paid holidays, and similar.
