Responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple projects
- Developing project schedules, budgets, and staffing plans
- Client coordination
- Supervising and mentoring junior staff
- Surveying and evaluating existing conditions
- Developing project scope
- Production of design studies
- Evaluating design alternatives
- Production of construction drawings and specifications
- Consultant coordination
- Materials research
- Reviewing cost estimates
- Quality control, constructability, and cost estimate review
- Construction administration
- Securing agency approvals
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience
- Completion of a five or six-year architectural degree program
- Motivated, well organized, self-starter eager to learn and share
- Ability to effectively multitask and manage multiple projects
- Strong technical knowledge of existing building renovation and new construction
- Experience with field investigation and documentation of existing conditions
- Strong Construction Document experience including detailing and specifications
- Experience with consultant and client coordination
- Experience with Construction Administration
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong AutoCAD skills, Revit experience a plus
- Experience working with public agencies (NYCHA, DASNY, SCA, etc.) a plus

- Full time position
- Hybrid schedule option, 3 to 4 days in office
