REQUIREMENTS

• Ten years of experience
• Architectural registration
• Familiarity with wood construction and R-2 projects
• In-office position (Cincinnati, OH)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead both inexperienced and developer clients
• Supervise project architects
• Manage quality control of projects
• Monitor project profitability
• Contribute to firm process improvements
• Serve as mentor to staff
