We are seeking an INTERMEDIATE ARCHITECT to join our office, located near Union Square in New York City.

Our award-winning projects include new single-family homes and medium to large scale commercial and institutional projects around the country. Every project focuses on design innovation, attention to expressive details and materials, and collaborating with clients, consultants, and builders to achieve inspiring architecture.

Our team works closely together and participates in every aspect of design, production, construction administration and client engagement. We provide many opportunities to learn and grow professionally.

Qualifications required:

• At least 5 years of solid work experience in an architecture office.
• An M.Arch degree from an accredited university.
• Current residency in the NY Metropolitan Area.
• Proficiency in Revit (we produce all of our drawing sets in Revit), Adobe Suite, 3D modeling + rendering (Enscape & Rhino preferred). Experience in Autocad is helpful as well.
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills & the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
