Are you a creative and entrepreneurial designer looking for more? Brandon Architects is seeking an experienced Project Architect/Senior Designer. Our goal is to continue pushing the boundaries of luxury living and we’re looking for the right talent to help us grow in the world of Design. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of creating unique and innovative designs, providing supporting detailing, and effectively managing custom residential projects through all phases of design.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 8-12 years of professional experience within an Architecture firm.
• Licensed Architect preferred
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree from a U.S. accredited Architecture school.
• Strong fluency in Building Information Modeling (Revit)
• Graphic and presentation skills (both hand and digital), along with design software knowledge (Autodesk Products, Adobe Applications, Bluebeam, etc.)
• Experience with residential building and zoning codes regulations in Southern California.
• Significant experience as a leader, and collaboration skills for managing projects and team members.
• A drive to constantly learn, improve and contribute to the evolution of the firm and junior staff.
• Passion for high-end residential design with expectations of excellence and client satisfaction.
• Aptitude to adjust between conceptual design, construction document preparation, and project delivery.
• Understanding of entitlement processes and experience with Single Family Residential projects
• Understanding of all design phases and related coordination (internally and externally)
• Knowledge of basic PC applications and tools (Google Workspaces, Microsoft Windows, etc.)
