About the Position
We are seeking a Architect/Project Architect with an interest and knowledge in a variety of project types, who will be focusing on construction administration as well as engaging in earlier project design phases of our community focused projects.
Our management approach keeps each team member fully involved in project development to maintain rewarding engagement and offer opportunities for learning and professional experience.
This position would involve working with the office principals, reviewing submittals and RFIs through project CA, and acting offering technical assistance with project development through concept, SD, and DD phases.
Prepare/Supervise project code analyses
Work directly with clients, consultants, and engineers
Prepare construction documents and specifications
Construction administration
Design Presentation and team coordination.

Requirement for Applicants
- B.Arch degree
5-10 years professional experience
Pursuing Licensure or already licensed
Construction Administration and Technical building experience
Proficient in Revit and presentation software (Adobe)
