We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Architect to join our team. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and strong communication skills will be essential in ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, requirements, and budget for the project
• Develop architectural designs and plans using AutoCAD and other software
• Prepare construction documents, including detailed drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and compliance with building codes and regulations
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve any issues that may arise
• Review contractor bids and assist in the selection process

Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Architect or a similar role
• Professional licensure is preferred but not required
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
