KMA is a growing, design-focused architectural firm based in Santa Barbara. We seek a motivated, energetic individual to join our growing team of architects and designers. We offer an informal, collaborative office environment with great opportunities for professional growth and development. Our work is diverse and provides the opportunity for the right candidate to expand their experience and contribute to the design of single-family residential, multi-family, commercial, hotel, restaurant, as well as property repositioning and development.
This position will support our efficient delivery of architectural/interiors presentations and construction drawings for permit and construction.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree from an accredited architecture program.
• A minimum of 2 years work in an architectural office.
• Experience with an emphasis on single-family residential projects.
• Proficient in Revit and Adobe Suite.
• Experience preparing presentation renderings.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently.
• Superior communication skills and highly organized.
• US citizen or authorized to work in the US.
