Seeking individual with 5–8+ years of experience in construction, site representation, and construction management. The candidate should have the following:

• Experience in construction phase services and site representation
• Good technical skills at all scales
• Creativity, versatility, and flexibility
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently or multi-task
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Bluebeam, project management software
• Familiarity with AutoCAD (2020 or later) a plus
• A degree or certification in construction management or a related field is a plus.

Salary Range (commensurate with experience): $80,000–$125,000
